Remove a fake review
on Trustpilot!
Reported through Trustpilot’s official channel Pay only on success Cost: €79 upon removal
„Payment only upon success“ - The Remoovo®-Principle
Have you been reviewed on Trustpilot by someone who never bought from you or used your services? We report this fake review for you – and you only pay if Trustpilot removes it.
For online shops, service providers and software companies, Trustpilot is often the most important showcase. The TrustScore appears in search results, in ads and on your own website. It is all the more annoying when a review comes from someone who has had no experience with your business at all.
Remoovo handles reviews on Trustpilot that are damaging to your reputation, negative or critical and whose authors you cannot clearly identify as customers – nothing more! In the vast majority of cases, however, this leads to removal.
Remoovo® – your removal service for fake reviews.

1. Submit the review
Send us the link to the review on Trustpilot and confirm that you cannot link the author to any customer contact – that is, to no order, no assignment and no enquiry.
2. We report the review
We inform Trustpilot through the official reporting channel that the review is not based on any customer experience with your business. We handle any follow-up questions from Trustpilot.
3. Pay only on success
If Trustpilot removes the review, we invoice our fee. If the review stays online, you pay nothing.

“We tell the platform exactly one thing: this author was not a customer.”
Which reviews we handle: Reviews that are damaging to your reputation, negative or critical and whose authors you cannot clearly identify as customers.
What we do for you: We report to Trustpilot that you cannot link the author to any customer contact and that the customer contact is therefore disputed.
What we don’t do: We neither assess the content of the review nor provide legal advice. We cannot report reviews from genuine customers – for example about delivery times, product quality or customer service – even if they are unfair or negative.
Your statement counts: You confirm to us that you cannot link the author to any customer contact. We pass on only this statement. It must therefore be true.
“Why pay when it can be free?”
As a business, you can also report a review yourself through your Trustpilot Business account. This is how it generally works:
Trustpilot may then ask the author to prove their customer experience. The decision on removal rests solely with Trustpilot. The menu names in the Business account may change from time to time.

Only for reviews whose authors you cannot link to any customer contact – that is, people who have neither ordered from you, used your services nor contacted you with an enquiry. We pass on only this statement to Trustpilot.
Then unfortunately we cannot act for you – even if the review is unfair or negative. With genuine customers, a factual public reply to the review can be a good way to show other readers your point of view.
That is exactly when our service can help. If you cannot link the name or the details in the review to any order, enquiry or assignment, let us know in your enquiry. We then report to Trustpilot that the customer contact is disputed.
No. A free Trustpilot Business account is enough to report a review.
The enquiry is free and without obligation. A fee is only charged if Trustpilot removes the reported review: €79 for one review, €49 per review from two reviews. If the review stays online, you pay nothing. See prices
Yes. We can remove your entire Google Business Profile – including all reviews. Find out more here: Delete a Google Business Profile.
